In an SBR small waste water treatment plant for the purification of wastewater, the entry of oxygen required. In the small wastewater treatment plant technology are mainly two different ventilation techniques offered. First, the submersible motor fan, with a propeller and oxygen enrichment, on the other hand, an air compressor, the oxygen enters through plug aerators. By an accredited independent testing laboratory and was the entry of oxygen submersible motor fan and air compressor with two plug aerators tested.
The result:
Our oxygen enrichment with two plug aerators is significantly better than the tested submersible motor fan.
In comparison, the plug aerators by about 200% more effective in oxygen enrichment and by approximately 400% more effective than the oxygen yield of the submersible motor fan.

The techniques differ considerably in their efficiency

Very high efficiency: The oxygen mixing with two plug aerators.

With the entry of air through two plug aerators oxygen strongly swirled. This creates a similar effect when using a mixer. The air flows through the basin from the floor to the surface and ensures a maximum retention of oxygen in the wastewater. Thus, the lasting effect of oxygen on the purification process is much better than with only one plug aerator.
